I like the hygienist here. Hated the long wait time; but to be fair, they were short-handed yesterday. Hopefully better luck next time!
Very courteous, warm staff. Detailed first visit formalities but xrays were quick. Real reason I went in was that I had shattered molar and Dr. A. numbed the area and did not feel any pressure or pain (except the numbing process) best lower jaw extraction I've had.
It's ok, I wasn't sure at first but than I was switched drs and can't complain about anything. My last visit the Dr was so sweet and explained everything to me.
Such good people work here.They make u feel so comfortable, and the work they did was superb .Great job n great people .
I had not been to a dentist in over 30 years because of a horrible experience. I had no choices left and had to go to a dentist. Upon arriving at Aspen Dental, I was greeted with friendly service. The staff and Dr. were very professional and understanding when I explained to them my past experience. I have never liked my smile or having my teeth worked on at all. I have put it off for many years and in so hiding my smile. My wife, made me take this road to better myself when we got together. I have had to wait 4yrs for my smile to come back. 4yrs to have teeth in my mouth that fit. 4yrs to eat real food. 4yrs to work up the nerve to try again. I walked in and felt right at ease. They worked with me, made me feel better about myself and the horrible work that had been done to me. I now have my permanent dentures and I love them. I have a normal smile again, teeth that fit my mouth and no pain. I do not have to use anything to hold them in. Thank you Aspen Dental team. Thank you for giving me back my smile :)
