THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I HAD TO CHANGE INSURANCE AND START OVER TO LOOK HUMAN, THEY GAVE ME SOMETHING THAT MADE ME LOOK LIKE A CLOWN AND THEIR PEOPLE LIE TO YOU SO THEY CAN GET PAID. DON'T GO THERE IS WHAT I RECOMMEND.Ā

I went there with one teeth hurting ,they ended up telling me that I need to feel five more . So I filled 5 of them.I have been in constant pain since then,I went back and was told the only option now is tooth cavity, I wish I had remained with one lesser pain than fiveš¢š¢š¢ I donāt even have the strength of going back after paying a huge bill.. They also took my money in the name of giving me electric toothbrush which has finished almost 3 months ,Iām still waiting for there call.. so sadĀ

So disappointing. My most recent visit, which was 16 July 20, was less than acceptable because they insist on selling fluoride to adults. Adults DO NOT need fluoride! They treat you like a customer, NOT a patient. This was the second time this has happened to me. Once in the West Ashley/Charleston office, and this time at the North Charleston office. I am done. Time to start seeing a family dentist, since they know how to treat a patient. I highly recommend you find a family dentist as well.Ā
