The office opens at 7. I had an 7:30 appointment. It is now 8 and no one is at the office, no answering service, and no call from them canceling my appointment. Very Disappointed.

Very disappointed!! The dental assistant was very nice. This appointment was a waste of my time . I went for pain and a problem with a tooth not to come out with a grocery list of things and a quote for almost $7,000. I felt like I was at an auto dealership not the dentist. This experienced with you guys doesn't surprise me since you are a chain. This practice is pushy and pressure you to make decision. Since they deleted my review I’ll write another one. So these people have no idea what their doing. They try to rip you off an charge you for things you don’t need. Extremely rude and so money hungry. I paid in cash for mine and my husbands services and just got a bill in the mail for some “ random” other charges. You can shove this bill up your you know what.
I was disappointed because AAARP claim to pay for relining of denture. They out me off on relining due to my just finding out I have cancer. i have to talk to the I cancer Specialist to see what they recommend at this time. There prices are high and they will not ket you pay on a payment plan unless they build new dentures. ALL Dental office I have spoken to could care less if you are a poor person all they care about there money. I maybe forced to go to them because of my having cancer at this time.

Went in for one issue they racked ly insurance way above my coverage and charged me for things they did not complete. I womt be going back very unhappy. The tooth I also wemt in to fix is not even fixed they spent more time talking about money than carring

Make an appointment to get service...if your schedule late in the afternoon...they rush you out and won't complete service and want you to make another appointment for the other services...this is a plot for them to get more money out of you and your insurance...wanting you to make multiple appointments to get more money out of you...Will never go back!! Bad service all around...

They said they informed over The phone when the appointment was made although we booked online and no where does it say the "new customer policy" as well as she was very rough with my exrays never have I had that much pain getting exrays for my mouth.
