Very professional and everyone was very friendly and knew what they were doing. They also listened to what I was requesting and did exactly what I asked.
I was very impressed. I had 10 teeth remove and 3 were surgical by Dr Over street. He started the numbing process at 2:45 with the gel when he had to give me numerous shot I only felt a pinch. Felt some pressure while removing the teeth put not painful. His assistance was great. Amazing next day no swelling. Denture fix great. Today is fourth day saw dentists healing going great. All the people I came in contact were very professional. Thank you so much for my new smile. Will update as time go by.
My experiece with Aspen Dental was quite delightful.I showed up for my appointment.I was greeted right away.My wait time was less than fifteen minutes. The professionalism from the staff was amazing.The assistant manager held a brief staff meeting close to the wauting room area to start the day.The positive motivational words,he ended the staff meeting with was amazing.The service I received after was awesome.
Staffs are very friendly,and the procedures are painless,this is the best dental clinic I have ever been.
I was late for my app. they ask me to wait for some times patients to not show up, I did and was able to be seen. they where kind and gentle in taking x rays, sensitive to my embarrassed look of my mouth. Everyone was kind the atmosphere was laid back none stressed which made me feel better. Going through cost was done with dignity. As soon as I work out financial details in my way I will go to them.
