I was a driver for a friend, who was clearly nervous and extremely anxious. It was upsetting to see how I'll informed the staff was with her specific case, which teeth were being extracted, previous visit history, birth date, etc. The patient chose not to have the procedure after the doctor presented the worse case scenario as a possibility; this was only clarified after she became visibly upset. I'm so confused on how inept and completely incompetent the North Charleston staff are. First of all, I've been calling every 5 minutes since 9 AM this morning and keep getting messages that I'm not calling during business hours. I got to speak to a person one time by pressing that I was a new patient. I guess they don't care about speaking to current patients. The worst dental facility ever... Poor staffing, horrible management, overall poor service. The waits are long and the cleanliness of the facility is unsatisfactory North Charleston, SC Aspen Dental facility is the worst dental office again I wouldn't recommend it anyone and I mean anyone!!!!

Been to this clinic numerous times and every time something goes wrong and I wait over 30 min past my appt time, every time. Staff seems nice but customer service is severely lacking.
