The most unprofessional, slack and rude service I've ever received. Everytime I had to be seen there, there was always an incident. Take your business elsewhere. The last time I was there, I was scheduled to go in and had a text to confirm it. I took off work for this appointment. Waited over a month for an appointment, a MONTH, my wisdom teeth are coming in and KILLING ME! I show up and fill out the paper work and they tell me since there was no confirmation they cannot take me cause the Doctor is backed up? I shit y’all not ! What is the point of an appointment if it’s not honored ?? Do not recommended this place at all!! So y’all fail to reach out to confirm and now cannot see me? Do not go here people !

Went to Aspen Dental for a loose crown . Took “X-rays doctor said the crown could not be put back on .lady at desk said to fix tooth would cost 1089.00 after insurance. I knew my part was not suppose to be but 520.00.I called Humana and they called Aspen who told them there price was before insurance. I have the printout they gave me showing they were untrue with Humana from what they told me . If they do other people like this ,they are sticking it to the patient and the insurance company. I would stay far away from this place! My boyfriend came here to have 2 teeth removed. First, they almost pulled the wrong tooth and were actually arguing with him about which tooth to remove. Secondly, they waited an hour and a half to pull the second tooth, then tried to pull the tooth after the novacaine has already wore off causing him horrible pain. I went there for a consultation to see if they took my coverage. They told me they did. All I needed was one filling, after they took an x-ray they told me they did not file my coverage and it would be my responsibility to do so. When they told me the price of a filling which was over $850 I declined. Now they are harassing me for the $80 fee of the X-ray that they told me was covered.
