The staff at the local office are very professional and do good work as far as dental treatment. However, their billing at the main office is terrible, and the local office is not willing to assist you with insurance billing problems. My insurance is a participating provider, and I am constantly receiving bills for services that were paid for by the insurance company and that I am not responsible for. I have had to have my insurance get involved several times. My family and I have been going to this office for a year now. We... read more

Ok I feel it’s necessary to change my review, Mike the area manager called me and really went above and beyond to help me with the ongoing issues. Thank you so much for calling and caring about the current issues and helping to resolve them. I went to have a chip fixed in my tooth. It didn’t get fixed until well after 2 hours of my appointment time. They wanted to do x-rays and said it’s free for new patients and basically pushed it. I missed time from work for something that should have taken 15 minutes and in fact that’s a... read more

Oral surgery in August, got told buncha bullshit lies about HAVING TO BE PUT UNDER (when was told was $520, I said no, I’ll stay awake, was told HAD TO HAVE IT) for 4 teeth pulled, but I had to pay $520 because insurance DOES NOT COVER ANESTHESIA AT ALL, now New bill shows I still owe $120 for the portion of the anesthesia they didn’t cover??!?!?!?!? Have had nothing but problems since teeth were removed, insurance company got billed for “tooth extraction with bone removal “ for ALL 4 teeth, per Felicia in nmb office, they... read more

I lost a front tooth on my denture. Was horrified. They repaired it within a few hours. The staff was friendly and supportive.

Horrible experience: I had a dental cleaning, paid it in full, now I have another bill showing up but no one in the office can tell me what it is for nor return my phone calls! I feel scammed! The cleaning itself was very painful and left me with a two day headache. I will not return. I can find a different dentist on this beach with actual customer service that cares about its patients!

My son had an appointment at Aspen Dental for tooth extraction at 2:30 and he is still in the waiting room. It is now 4:30. I have not been impressed with them from day one. This only solidifies that feeling. Now I know my concern about using them myself is warranted. I pray their work is better.

The overall experience was poor. There was no free full exam with x-rays. 5 visits, 2 1/2 months of pain and sensitivity with a new cap, I had to go somewhere else for the root canal. The staff seemed unorganized and at one point I received someone else's bill. Several times I sat in a private office waiting for someone to check me out at the end of my visit. Not how I want to be treated. Moving on to another dentist.
