Had a tooth pulled and it was infected so bad u had to go to the ER the next day cause they refused to help!

Never EVER go to these scam artists. Charged for $3000 worth of work when only $800 of service was complete. Asking for refund for days and an explanation of services and NOBODY can help. Fully covered with dental insurance that was never applied, and I had to call my insurance company to have them contact Aspen. Janet has been worthless as she continues to say she has to figure it out and conveniently cannot fix anything without her regional manager who is missing apparently. Crap!! My hubby went in for 3 extractions today, 2 wisdom teeth, 1 molar. He got there, was in the back ready to have them removed and they told him he could only have 2 removed because the person that was suppose to remove them had a family emergency...fine, it happens. BUT, why wouldnt they call him to tell him this in the morning instead of waiting until he gets there and is ready to have them removed? Not much, I had a bad tooth I wanted pulled. It's a useless tooth as there is t one under it. Anyways , after a gazillion X-rays and a few different people coming in I wwasnt able to have anything done. Now in their defense , I have to be on antibiotics because I had a total knee replacement. So they said I need a deep cleaning , and a crown on my bottom right molar. I don't need a crown as that one isn't and hasn't bothered me in over 20 yrs. I loved every step of my journey with Aspen Dental.came in with a crooked smile and left out the same day with a brighter one.i have sent a few people from my job.and they too was satisfied.All of the staff was very nice and helpful.and the service was non painful and swift.Thank you guys.ill be back.

Well, everyone was very friendly with me. But I received a “filling” about a month ago, which was awful. I was obviously very uncomfortable, I kept gagging, and I was actually crying, and they didn’t even pause. But the real problem I have is the fact the “filling” they gave me, didn’t even fill my cavity. I found this out when I switched dentists a week ago, and now I have to get a crown. So, I paid, and suffered through a “filling” that wasn’t even done correctly.

My father and I had an excellent experience at the clinic in Oak Creek. The staff was courteous the dentist was fantastic. We will definitely be going back.

It's is 4/30/2018 Came in at 12 for a 12:45 appointment It's is 16:15(4:15pm) now and I still haven't been assisted or taken care of... every hour on the hour so far I've been told it will be another 30 minutes to an hour. Reason being. Scheduling issues. A surgeon I need to see is here only once a month, today's that day, and there's scheduling issues.
