im a pain to dentists.... always wait ten years between visits or until it so bad i rather be dead....... once they got my infections under controll they went in and extracted 5 molars in as many minutes... they are very upfront with pricing and regaurdless of trying to sell me hard on some hygene protocals everything is ultimately up to the patient... i have been to family dentists and welfare/college dentists only, aspen is neither but so far so good as everyone there has been very sweet
If you have aspen dental, Change you dentist, there liers and cheaters. They refused to let me have a regular cleaning on my teeth. They tried to up price me for 222 dollars when I dident need a deep cleaning. And refused a regular cleaning. They also go by there fee schedual not by my insurance. So be sure to check your insurance company. There very bad and would highly recommend any other dentist .
If I could give them zero stars, I would! Dr. Conner was extremely disrespectful towards me. He is chauvinistic and unwilling to show empathy towards a sensitive subject, such as dentures. I told him I wanted to see a different dentist, he told me, "no, I'm friends with all the dentists at Aspen; and I'll tell not to see you!" I grabbed my jacket to leave & he placed a chair in front of me, and held it there until he was done ranting.
You know it is bad when you are willing to pay out of pocket instead of using your health insurance just to not go to this place. Dentist I had for the last couple years left, new dentist that i was seeing it was his last day so he really didnt want to work on my mouth. Took my Xrays and left and will never go back
Great front desk people. Explained all payment plans if needed & charges for services. First visit with exam & x-rays were free. Dr Boston was very nice & explained the process of dental work that needs to be done
My husband and I went to this location. We called stating we wanted cleanings. They were very nice and scheduled us for back to back appointments 3 weeks out. The day of our appointment comes we get there 5 minutes early ( 4:55), filled out paper work, and waited about 5 minutes before I was called back. Staff very friendly, had 4:30 initial appointment. I was early, arrived around 4 but didn't get out until about 6-6:30pm. Only had x-rays (not comfortable) and exam. No dental work performed. Estimate on dental work highly overpriced.
I was an emergency appt because I got a tooth ache over the weekend. I understand the 2 1/2 hr wait until the dentist had time for me. What I don't like is how they can hurt someone as bad as they hurt me! I have a split lip and a puffed up lip because of this dentist. Very Poor Place they keep Canceling Appointments and are saying that the Doctor is out on Sick Leave still. does this place only have one Doctor ?
