I have to say that I was in a really challenging time of my life. I was 47 and lost all my teeth. Ricky, and Kelly were my first staff to encounter, along with all the front desk staff. And then I met Dr Ajineh, well what can I say she is amazing. Karen is also amazing. Ohhhh Heck they are all amazing. I feel special every time I am there always a warm welcome from all. I got my wisdom teeth removed in November of 2021. They were supposed to charge my care credit for this procedure. They for some reason only charged a portion of the surgery to my card and failed to tell me I supposedly had to come back to run it. I called and asked them to reopen it for me to run the card. With this issue still outstanding I went back to get a crown done (huge mistake). They over charged me for the crown and decided to apply the funds to my wisdom teeth which was not approved by me. I understand that Aspen Dental suffered a cyberattack. However, on the CORPORATE website there is a press release (somewhat hard to find but it is there!) that explicitly states that ALL offices are still open and existing patients can still be seen. However, Oak Creekās location decided not to follow their corporate decision making and just closed up shop. I had an appt today for care I paid for over a month ago. I am very passionate about going to the dentist. If I could go every month, I would. I have never been made to feel more like a number in my life. This organization is led by āleadersā that do not coach, inspire, motivate, or care. Itās all about their pockets. Had an appointment on the books for 6 months for a cleaning before I deployed overseas. Because I missed a phone call while I was working at some point in those 6 months they canceled my appointment without telling me. And their next availability was 5 months out. Terrible business practice. Will not be going back.Ā

Very Sketchy services. Without even verifying with my insurance company that if they can provide me dental cleaning or not, they went on for zillion x-rays just so they can make extra money off of me. X-ray while standing in front of 1 machine, x-ray in another room while sitting then another 3D x-ray, all that just for a dental cleaning? not sure what she was trying to find in my teeth.
