I am changing dentists after 40 years going to the same one as I wanted a dentist closer. Not sure what to think yet of the Oak Creek office. The girl who took the xrays was pleasant but I wish she would have told me in advance about how many xrays she needed as I never experienced this new procedure. I couldn't understand the dentist very well and felt that he wanted me to get my teeth cleaned when all I wanted was my cracked tooth fixed and nothing else. Just no. From the time we walked in and weren't even noticed despite several people standing around the front desk, to the clearly inexperienced and unsupervised hygienists who didn't give any clear directions to my daughter as they were x-raying and shoving things in her mouth, to the dentist who barely even looked in her mouth and didn't mention the cavity she clearly has...and then there was no free toothbrush, floss, or little sticker or anything. STAY AWAY!!!

GIRLS IN THE FRONT AND SCREENING ROOM WERE EXCEPTIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. THE OPTOMETRIST WAS LESS THAN CONSIDERATE. fLIPPING THROUGH THE DIFFERENT LENSES AFFECTED MY VERTIGO AND CAUSED NAUSEA. THE BRIGHT LIGHT SET OFF A MIGRAINE WHICH I AM STILL SUFFERING WITH 5 DAYS LATER. NOT THE BEST EYE VISIT I'VE HAD.
I had a 4:00-pm appointment; got in the chair @ 4 and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally someone stopped and said the hygienist was delayed due to a new patient exam. I had another appointment @ 5, I thought a 4:00 cleaning I would get out by 4:30. FIANLLY, they hygienist came in, apologized and got me out. I'm wondering how long I would have had to wait if I hadn't spoken up. This is not the first time either myself or my husband have had to wait.
One of my bottom left molars had a filling pop out, and resulted in an exposed nerve and an infected tooth. It became immensely painful as well causing a fever and nausea. I came here yesterday to get it examined. First of all, the scheduled 9:30AM appointment which was just x-rays and an exam took over 2.5 hours!! I was made to sit there, in agonizing pain, nauseous and sick caused by biting down for xrays. I explained my situation very clearly to the nurse, dentist and hygienist. I'm another of those who avoided the dentist for too many years. I have 2 broken teeth and one was really acting up. I went in fearing the worst. I had their free exam and x-rays, and I have an appointment to get the problem tooth extracted. After the exam, Clare sat down with me and went over the work that needs to be done (not nearly as much as I was expecting) and how much everything costs. I was extremely frustrated with all aspects of my care and service. I had made multiple calls they confuse dates subject you to mouth cancer videos really thanks didnt scare me into that extra fee, yes the staff is surrounded by friemdly perfect looking smiles ,beware of their extended credit its an outaide comapany with probls and more headaches and confusion. There puppets all in a show no knowlwge of dentistry or the making of an upper denture do to an accident, never completed my denture properly after a 4 month nightmar... read more
