My friend needs an oral surgeon this week because of two difficult teeth that must come out. He's in pain, and we told them so. They said they had a surgeon available this week, and that he should come in today for a consult. He got there and discovered that they DO NOT have one there, and won't until Feb. 8th! I don't appreciate being lied to. Worse than that, my friend is now having to scurry around to find some other solution, while in pain. I'm telling everyone I know. Needless to say, no more business from us.
Took my sister to have dentures fitted that she hasn't wore since she got them, an hour and 50 min later same results, tried to fix for permanent dentures and they couldn't find the size of mold for her mouth, so now we go back in December, I doubt she will have better results, to me this is like fast food dentist , not happy we live 50 miles from this place and that was our 3rd trip to get fitted still nothing.
Aspen Dental is the worst dental office state wide they screwed up my jaw and teeth
I have to go to this dentist because of my insurance so I'm not going to get too detailed but the fact that I was seen twenty minutes after my appt time was not a good start. Then to top it off I didn't even get what I came for after being there a whole hour. They need to inform their customer service team of their new patient policies. Hopefully it will get better.
Honestly never been, but anyone that hires that annoying "Paul" from the cox commercials will not get my business.
Place sucks! Smells very unprofessional! And very expensive
