I wish I could leave negative stars!! This place is awful. I went to the one on memorial rd. The receptionist was very sweet and should go somewhere else. I had an appointment around 3 weeks ago for a routine check up. It was for 7:30. The dentist didn’t even show up until 8:20. I had X-rays done. He took a couple of minutes to look at them and asked why I was there. I said for my yearly routine exam. I spent $4432 on January 17 2022 for a full set of dentures / the bottom being a partial, several extractions, and all of the office visits/adjustments that come along be a of the process. I was told that all permanent dentures come with immediate dentures that you get first; they are also temporary and not meant to be used too long. They told me you can’t get one without the other; that’s why they give you the temporary dentures. I picked the most expensive permanent dentures (comfylights.) OK SO HERE GOES …HONESTLY I AM SUPER IMPRESSED WITH DR. HAULSEY AND KODY AND BOTH THE DENTAL ASSISTANTS I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH , I WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTED IN THE OVERALL PRODUCT BUT HONESTLY WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE AT THE HELM ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. Getting in for the first appointment was incredibly easy. After the contract was signed and they had been paid $8000 they never delivered the services. I’ve called frequently during business hours and gotten the after hours machine. When I leave messages to get my next appointment scheduled they don’t return my call.

They charge more than they originally state. The office girl named Dani is the rudest most arrogant human I’ve encountered in an office setting. As a patient they give you a paper showing what the bill should be and it keeps going up. The first thing upon entering for a visit is to get more money. I’ll never go back

they shame patients because they can't afford a 6000$ surgery upfront. also will not help you with pain management. I had five fillings and an extraction of a wisdom tooth and they told me to take over the counter ibuprofen. which I did and when I was still in extreme pain two hours later I called to ask for better pain medication they prescribe me ibuprofen as if I was drug seeking. if that was the case I would have asked while I was there rather than following your instructions. what good is ibuprofen going to do me when I... read more

Calls us AN HOUR before our appointment to cancel and reschedule when my husbands already taken off for this appointment. So unprofessional. Then they couldn’t reschedule him because they “aren’t open” then why schedule an appointment today? Why even schedule an appointment if you’re not gonna see us?! Don’t go here.

No! The lady who does the insurance verification is an idiot... almost 3 hours and she couldnt figure out my insurance, but had the nerve to be rude with me about it. Not my fault you don't know how to do your job. The lady that was there back in November of 2019 was so nice, and explained everything to me about my insurance, but the lady this morning was clueless and rude!!! I wont be going back to the Memorial Landing location..... terrible terible i barely got any sleep because i was there longer than i should have been.... read more
