Poor customer service- walmart of dentistry- after the dentist walked in spike to assistant and didn’t so hello or anything to me other than open your mouth please- that was enough for me! Refused the visit and will find a “real” dentist!!! This office is not patient friendly or oriented all they see are focused on is bilking the insurance and consumer out of his/her money!!! BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY!!!
Nice staff..wish they had more programs to help people that don't have insurance..what I need done is around 5,000..
Our whole family goes here and we are very happy with them. The staff are always very nice and the dental work has always been awesome. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes, but you’ll have that any office. We would highly recommend aspen dental!
Most horrible experience in all my years of going to a dentist
Run from any thought you have of switching here. I'm not one to give negative reviews, but began the process of switching our whole family here as they are a participating provider with my insurance. They didn't check with my insurance on coverage before my appointment and I am left with $96 in x-ray fees that would have been covered in full had they checked. Most unprofessional staff I've encountered. They have good technology, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I had an 8am appointment for a new patient x-ray and exam. I didn't get out until 9:45am. I waited in the dentist chair for over an hour. Thru out my time there, I kept over hearing the staff having issues getting their schedules straight. I went to Aspen dental because I was offered free X-rays and an exam then a couple weeks later I am receiving a bill in the mail saying I owe $215 when it was suppose to be free. This is the third time I've been to the Oneonta Aspen Dental office and it will be the last time. The first time the hygenist left me with some pain and I had to wait over an hour to see the dentist just for him to poke in my mouth for a minute and say everything is fine. The second time the same hygenist left me with a mouth in which every singe tooth ached when I ate 3 hrs. after the appt. I can't remember how long I waited to see the dentist but it as a long time. I am not usually one to post drama on Facebook, but this is the worst dentist I’ve ever been to! The first time I came here for a cleaning, they refused to do the cleaning that day but instead wanted to do an initial consultation.
