I am a very hesitant, nervous patient. Both Dr. DeLaCruz and assistant Joanie were kind, calm and efficient on my needed services.
You charged me $135 for a tooth brush that retails for $19.99 on Amazon. I did not agree to pay that...you never asked me! Your customer service skills are almost as bad as your prices. NOT HAPPY!
I just had a dental exam without having the Dentist looking under my tongue. Never happen to me before this visit 9/23/19 The lady walk in and never gave me her name? Looked at my teeth ask if I had any problems and she was gone. The wait time is awful, it's like they are over booking appointments. Don't send me an email to confirm an appointment just made on 9/10/19 as I do not read emails everyday. I am concerned about the care give.
Aspen Dental needs to be honest. When they advertise that they give a free appointment for new clients they should mention that that only applied if you do NOT have dental insurance. Otherwise what happened to me will happen to you; my husband and I have dental insurance however our insurance denied covering all those unnecessary x rays that were taken on the first visit. We ended up with over $500 worth of charges for unwanted x rays when what we went in for was a cleaning. When I made our appointments I specifically re... read more
not only is their financing an absolute joke that sends you random 12$ processing fees (in the end making it more expenaive than a high interest credit card) they screwed up my fillings i left in pain and was in pain months after. mind you when i arrived there was no pain
Actually I don't recommend them but if you enter a no they don't share your negative experience, HOW CONVENIENT, They allow 1 emergency visit a day, and were booked for days after I drove from out of town early in the am, NOT AN EMERGENCY FACILITY OR WALK INS WELCOME AS THEY ADVERTISE. THEY ALSO CHARGE YOU 120 DOLLARS JUST TO LOOK AT YOUR TOOTH BEFORE THEY ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING TO IT. RIDICULOUS!
Be honest! Don't play games with your patients because what you told the patient was incorrect. I have been coming to this office since they opened and this is my first complaint ever and I consider it the worst because dishonesty in any business is just not tolerated. And the game they played is just childish. I will not go into details but I will say this office is nothing like it used to be and I will never recommend it gain. I will continue to come here for this issue because they hold the warranty for the work being don... read more
So my husband went to Aspen Dental last November to get his teeth pulled and to get dentures...well $6000.00 later and he has lost 2 sizes because he cant chew with his new teeth....and not to mention they talked him into keeping 5 of his own teeth so he has a partial plate on the bottom and a full plate on the top and every three months they charge him over $150.00 to get thise 5 teeth cleaned....they give you temporary plates until your permanent teeth are ready and let me just say you put both sets of dentures side by sid... read more
My husband recently went here for an evaluation and they quoted him $3,000. Stating he needed full periodontal work for periodontal disease as well as a bunch of cavities. I took him to my dentist for a second opinion and not only does he not have periodontal disease, he doesn’t have half as many cavities as Aspen said. I’ve also recently heard from friends that Aspen is notorious for quantity over quality.
