I've been going here for a few years now. The wonderful crew of people they have working at this location is great! To walk in and be treated so kindly and in a professional manner is what I look for. Only reason I still visit the Ottumwa Aspen Dental is because Reesa Howell is so nice and understanding. She has helped me through some rather frustrating situations when I had a couple crowns installed a couple times. Reesa Howell is the best employee you have there!

Took my grandson to Aspen in Ottumwa, Iowa. I had spoke with Reesa Howell before going. She was very helpful and provided me with answers to all my questions before our actual visit today. I also messaged her while I was there and she was very responsive to my questions even on her day off. Once there the staff were very professional.
