Everyone was friendly and did their job well, with one exception. While in the chair I kept feeling my bottom lip getting hot from where the drill body was touching. That was pulled away from the drill and no damage done. When the anesthetic wore off I discovered a 2nd degree burn on my upper lip. The blister had popped and was very painful. I have had some very bad dental experiences in the past, this is probably the best. Your staff where all very kind and gave me wonderful care, I sincerely appreciate everything.
I was a first-time patient yesterday it was extremely impressed by the professionalism and the comprehensive exam I received. I have been to many different dental offices in my lifetime and this was the most thorough office I've ever been in!
Although I wanted to only deal with a small problem they led me to a plan to deal with my larger problem
Take time to make sure you feel comfortable. Only prob never same dentist.
I've been going to Aspen Dental for a couple of years. The one I've been going to seems to have a fairly high and consistent rate of turnover. Still, all the people, Dentists, Hygienists, office staff (anyone I talked to), was very professional and did a great job. I hate going to the dentist, but feel confident in the people at the Ottumwa, IA Aspen Dental Office.

Looking forward to working with the staff and doctors over the next 9 to 10 months. I got my dentures from Aspen Dental in Ottumwa, Iowa 18 months ago and have been very satisfied.
