I think the Dr has awesome ways at explaining what he's doing to the patient, takes great care of them. And the staff's is very friendly and helpful!

wanted more money after I paid the whole bill upfront.an the dentures don't fit wast of money. don't go there wish I could turn back time. still don't have dentures can't afford any more now.

They lie about "THEIR DESIGNED FOR YOU" program just to get money from you and insurance. Informed me that insurance would only cover bottom line classic dentures with only 3 off white colors to choose. Claimed other dentures were not covered because they were enhanced for brighter white and I had to pay on finance plan. They said that only way for dentures to be a bright white is amount of bleach needed. They worked on me a couple of years ago so I recommended my son to them. I no longer recommend them. He was in excruciating pain. They told him he could come in at 11 then I said no they were too booked. They told him to come in at 2 o’clock when he got there they said they were too full to see him. He wasted his whole day, his only day off, trying to get into that Aspen dental. When he could’ve gone into a different dentist office and then relieve the pain, I do not recommend them at all now that is no way to treat patients... read more

I have been trying to get ahold of them for the last few days and cannot get through to them

We’ve experienced a cybersecurity incident that has temporarily impacted our ability to access scheduling systems, phone systems and other business applications for Aspen Dental. Dr Dietz is the best, so are all the assistants and the Hygienist. The reception staff is so rude and disrespectful in person and on the phone. Except the one in training or new.

They don’t get all the information correctly and it took 3 appointments to see for an emergency. Still hasn’t fix the the issue until I had to go down there in person for my husband to make sure everything was correct. No I don’t recommend this at all for regular dental care.

they say that Medicare will pay for dental implants well they don't they would only cover $900 out of $10,000 just for bottom secured dentures with two metal implants to connect them.

I had appointments twice . At the first appointment I waited over 90 minutes and only got the X-rays never did see the dentist as I had to leave. So I scheduled the 2nd appointment and drive another 50 miles one way only to wait an hour, after asking if they forgot me as all the patients who came after me were taken back, I was sent to X-ray.
