Honestly this is the first negative review I’ve ever publicly made. I made an appointment for a cleaning. My appointment was at 5:15. I was told that I wasn’t scheduled for a cleaning but only an exam and that mistake happens often due to the fault of the call in center. Two and 1/2 hours later I finally left while I waited for a cost analysis of any future possible work. The folks were nice. The X-Ray Tech was extremely nice. Everything else is a thumbs down.

Although the people were friendly I left and had more pain than ever before over three fillings. My entire face sweeled and it took and entire day for my side of my face and lip to stop looking like I had a stroke. My teeth were not evened out correctly and left extremely high so my bite was way off I was up all night in pain couldn’t relax my jaw and was grinding my teeth. I had to go to a local dentist who fixed them today thank god. She made them feel like teeth in my mouth instead of like huge rocks stuck in my teeth whe... read more

Left with them not even cleaning my teeth. They refused to because I couldn’t afford the extra $1600.00 worth of what they demand I have done. Very crappy. I bet they still bill my insurance though. Complete thieves!

Well, my teeth got more worse since I had operation there. The financial girl isn’t friendly!

First of all I waited for my appointment for over an hour and then they had to reschedule me because it was lunch time. So after a week I go back in for a general cleaning and walked out owing $7200 for things they said needed to be done. I’ve been a faithful 2 x per year patient at a dentist since I was a kid. Do you want to know what was on the top of this “must Have” list? A $138 electric toothbrush!

I am in major pain and have to go out of the country and even though I have been coming there and this is a tooth you worked on, I can not get an appointment for 12 days. Triple booked still doesn't explain why you can't help your own patients when they need relief. It just means you care more about money than their pain.

I will say this my X-ray tech was perfect. I went in for a cleaning, ended up two of my old metal fillings we're "leaking" so they wanted to redo them with the acrilic kind. Well the Dr that did them had no idea what she was doing. One giving me the numbing meds and hit something that bleed like I have never before. Second she made them so high it took not one but two times with another Dr there to get them proper so I could actually close my mouth. Then come to find out she did not do one of them right and got "debre" in it... read more
