They are very expensive even if you have insurance. I waited over 15 minutes for my appointment which I got early for. I cancelled after 15 minutes. And now am hoping I get refunded for the services I had paid in advance for but did not get.

The staff was friendly. I had a tooth that was hurting. All I needed was that white putty put on that tooth. It took 5 days to get in to dentist. Then they went on about All the stuff that could go bad with my teeth all the stuff I needed done, but only talked about my tooth that hurt for a minute. They did no work that day and said it was only consultation appointment. The next day I call saying after insurance it was going to cost me 1000.00 to get all the work done to my teeth. My husbands appointment was at 5pm. We arrived and signed in by 4:45. We sat and waited until a little after 6 before his name was even called. By that time the insurance company had already closed, so the office couldn't tell us how much we would be responsible for, for his surgery. Even though they had our insurance info for a couple weeks prior to his appointment. By the time his x-rays were taken and the Doc saw him, it was 7pm and we still don't have his surgery scheduled!

Arrived 20 minutes before my son's appointment and almost an hour before mine. Signed in and sat in the waiting room for over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and gave us new patient paperwork. They didn't even start processing my son's paperwork until after his appointment time and after being there for 50 minutes, at my appointment time, they called me back. No mention of my son whose appointment was now 30 minutes past time. Did my X-Rays and the dentist came and looked at my teeth and told me they would come get ... read more

The worst!!!!! Husband had dentures made they told us when I scheduled it would be done with in a few days...the doctor told us 7 days the office manger took our payment and came back and said it will be 3 weeks or longer after they done had our money...it took almost 2 months....and now that he has them we can never get in to have them adjusted.......BY THE WAY HE CAN NOT WEAR THEM. WE PAID 800$ FOR COUNTER DECORATIONS....I WISH I TOOK OUR MONEY ELSE WHERE!!!!!

I've had a long and not good experience with Aspen. For 3.5yrs they have been trying to get me the set of dentures they promised, when they sold them to me. I'm on my 3rd set of dentures and none of them fit and they hurt so much I couldn't even eat with them!! It's like no one there had a clue to what they were doing, from the assistants right on up to the dentists. I could go on for paragraphs about my Aspen horror stories and how I was so fed up with them that I wanted to throw my dentures at them and demand my money back... read more

People who are in pain and have waited a week to get an appointment, do not want a dental monitor they want a dentist. Complete waste of time. Unprofessional office manager. Even though told repeatedly that we needed something done for one tooth when seen we were told what we already knew and wanted another appointment set instead of fixing. Went to another dentist next day and it was handled immediately. Aspen is looking to herd people through and make profits. Not worth it.
