was rushed sent home with no instructions as to how to care for tooth extract. 3 teeth removed and no pain medication and I feel over charged for the care I received. also antistatic used I was not told was different and had allergic reaction to it
Worst place ever. Rude staff. Awful establishment in general.
It is written on their website that they treat patients five and up when I came in and took time off of work to have my daughter's crown replaced they denied her treatment at the counter and said they only treat patients six and up. What a waste of my time and my daughter has to be without a crown now until we find another dentist.
My daughter went to them for care. She has a medical card which they do not take so they saw her at no charge which was super nice. My daughter recently had a baby so she has been a whole year with no dentist who would even consider pulling this very bad tooth. It is breaking off and she os in terrible pain. They told her it was starting to abcess and needed attention so she sked about a payment plan, which they told her over the phone they could work with her on but in the office told her ahe did not qualify. I called for appointments for myself and my kids. They wanted to know our insurance information. I told them I had BCBS dental, and the kids had Wellcare. We get there on appointment day. I hand the receptionist the Wellcare card for one of the kids. The receptionist shakes her head "no," and waves my hand away, with no explanation. I took that to mean Wellcare wouldn't cover it, then, 100's of dollars later, I find out Wellcare would have covered both kids. They just never told me they weren't providers. Dentist is great. Techs are great. Phones don't get answered, billing is screwed up. Even my pharmacist can't get an answer when she calls the provider line.

loust customer service nothing but liars let my daughter and her boyfriend think the teeth cleaning and x-rays were free when they were not they didn't understand and now owe them 2000.00
Stay away from this corporate dental scam. Take it from a dentist who used to work there. This company is ruining dentistry. All they care about is how much money they can scam from both the patients and the dentists. They prey on new dental school grads and uninformed patients.
