My visit was a waste of time. They advertise helping people but quoted me $564 to pull ONE tooth. Without even local anesthetics (which cost more). Told me my tooth was infected, but didn’t write me an antibiotic to help tho. Ridiculous. I got the tooth removed, pain meds, and antibiotics for $122 dollars two days later. I just thought drs were supposed to help people. Not take advantage of us with no insurance. A waste of time. Obviously not a place that helps their community.
I have had a appointment for a cleaning for a couple of weeks now and was called to confirm the appointment the day before. The morning of the appointment I received a text telling me they would see me at my appointed time. My husband called that morning to check on something and they told him my appointment was canceled due to not proper staffing and they have been trying to get a hold of me and could not reach me. I have been wearing dentures for 35 years and these are the worst I have had. The bottom plate has been grind down that there is not much left. Plus these have broken four times and have been repaired the cost of $163.00. I don't know what they made them out of to break the way they did is not good. I didn't buy cheap dentures and they shouldn't have broken the way they did. I am afraid that they will break again. They broke while eating potatoe chips. I visited Aspen Dental in Paducah Ky on 5-19-2018. My overall visit went well other than when they did the 2nd x-ray with the "mouth" contraption, the woman that was performing the x-ray was very rude. I have a small mouth and she was trying to shove it down my throat. The whole time I was gagging. She seemed to get a attitude. I'm very unsatisfied. I hope she doesn't do this to someone else.

Very disappointed after my visit today, i went for them to help "make it right" on my dentures that they did not make properly...and the dentist yelled at me ...via the assistant going and lying on me and acting like my concerns were not real..i think i def. know whether something is hurting my mouth or not ...i don't see me coming in and trying to get help with the dentures they "made" a reason for me to get yelled at...??? Very rude and Unprofessional ....
Very friendly and helpful . They took care of the Insurance part too.

Thank god for Aspen dental. I went to them on Thursday and they got the puss pocket out. Well over the weekend I started hurting so bad I couldn't open my mouth and face was swollen. Called yesterday to see what doc. Wanted me to do. He said come on in let me look. So I drove up there got back to see him with in 25 mins. He said your too can not wait for a root canal it has to come out now. That's why you face is so swollen.
