Was the worst experience of my life....I didn't want the xrays because I suffer from Thyroid disease...the tech assured me it was like spending a hour in the sun and it was necessary to get my teeth cleaned i had been quoted over the phone free xrays and a 73 dollar cleaning.. They never gave me a guard for my thyroid....I was feeling sick and they said it was in my head..then i was taken to the back to have a hygienist look over my teeth, then on to the SALES MAN PITCH that it would cost me 2000.00 dollars NOT 73.00 etc..th... read more
Like everyone else has mentioned, NO ONE likes to go to the Dentist Office. However, if you have to, then the Aspen Office in Paducah is a good place to go. The staff was very nice, including the Receptionist; Dental Assistant; Dental Hygienist, Dentist and even their Office Manager! Got me done the same day including a cleaning and 2 fillings!
I had to click on a star in order to post this comment. It is the worse most experience I have undergone with anyone in the "medical/dental profession." They scam people, they overcharge and charge you for services they have no intention in you receiving. A partial was made and four teeth were extracted. Just as soon as the dentist put the partial in my mouth following the extractions, he said that it was ill fitting and needed to be completely remade. In the meantime, ... Terrible they did not even make me rinse my mouth out before extracting teeth two days later I built up a really bad infection and had to go to the emergency room got all kinds of pain shot an antibiotic steroid shots went back to aspen and they said looks like you're doing fine the antibiotics must be working gave me some numbing gel for some of the pain areas and a month or 2 down the road now I have a piece of bone in my mouth protruding through the skin from where they left a piece of tooth or something and I'm having to... read more
