I was immediately welcomed by a wonderful staff. I would have called today to make an appointment to begin on my plan. However, a oral surgeon is no longer an option at this office. I sure hated to find this out because everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, effective and efficient. I am very scared due to a very bad past experience.I am so lost as where to go from here.

This review does not reflect my opinion of the folks in office (hygienist, financial, reception) but instead the oral surgeon. I've had a tooth that's been broken in half for nearly two years. I scheduled an appointment with the surgeon for August. He cancelled and they rescheduled till tomorrow (Sept. 1st). I just got the call that he cancelled again. Talk about angry! My poor son needs to have 5 teeth pulled but has to be sedated. Oral surgeon in once a month. Today they cancelled his appointment for the second month in a row. I had to prepay for this. No rescheduled appointment and I have to wait for my refund. I most certainly am furious at the crap we've had to deal with. He's got a broken tooth and 2 impacted wisdom teeth giving him problems. Y'all just don't care about your patients.

So here's what happened. My fiance had a horrible tooth ache that kept him and me up all night. The next morning we called into work to come here because they accept our dental insurance, premium plan with Delta, and advertised payment options. Ok great. So we drive 30 minutes to get there hoping we could be seen but not fully expecting to. Turns out they couldn't get him in so we made an appointment. Xray machine broke and I ended up waiting for a good 2 hours. Boy was it worth it to get this aching tooth yanked out of my head! Everybody there had such a friendly attitude and accommodated me for having to wait. The dentist himself stayed over to pull my bad tooth!!!

The guarantee is for 3 month on dentures..Don't be fooled by the commercials that make it sound like it's a lifetime deal.

My soon to be wife is allergic to two specific types of pain medication; she let them know this numerous times before having her teeth pulled here. The day of the procedure they tell her they only give one medication for post op pain & it's one of the medications she is allergic too. This isn't a minor procedure, ALL of her top teeth are being pulled. They do NOT use any kind of sedation. Went in to get a cleaning and get some cavities filled. I was told that the cleaning should take 45 min to a hour. The lady only spent about 12 minutes cleaning my teeth and was rude the entire time. Dentist was cool tho.

Even though they advertise low prices, they quoted me double what other dentists offices were going to charge for a teeth cleaning. It also took 2 hours for them to perform the initial exam (only about 15 min of that was an actual exam, with the rest just waiting for them). The staff was friendly enough, but I will never go back. I left feeling like I had wasted 2 hours of my life.
