had an appt for a routine cleaning, was in and out in under an hour. staff was friendly and professional. they'll see me again in 6 months
I don't know why there's so many bad reviews. I did aligners with them, got two deep cleanings. Everyone was super nice and knew what they were doing. Super clean, modern office.

After retiring from a 40 year career in dentistry, I moved to Philadelphia and needed a new dentist. I thought I had enough knowledge to choose the proper facility for me. I have no dental issues and know what I need and what I look for in a provider. I went to my initial appointment of X-rays and a consultation. I like it that way, because being a dental hygienist myself, I know every cleaning is different and you can't always get it done on the first appointment or sometimes, even in one appointment. They over charged me then tried to say I needed all this unnecessary work just to charge me up. I went and got a second opinion and of course they were telling the truth. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience! Scheduled appointment, gave my insurance info over the phone, showed up for my appointment and was told that I never gave my insurance info and could have up to a 2 hour wait as a result. If they can't even handle scheduling and logistics they're not allowed in my mouth! Made me feel like they were doing me a favor rather than appreciating my business and my money.
