Good luck getting an appointment, and even more good luck to you actually getting care even with an appointment. They are always, and I mean, ALWAYS, short staffed. They don't even have enough staff or professionalism to get their materials sterilised ahead of time FOR appointments. Prepare to be rescheduled without remorse and to still have your appointment cancelled. The front desk people do their best to manage the gross incompetence and oversights from the dental staff but oh my goodness is this place atrocious. Avoid if... read more

I was a patient at Aspen dental and Roxborough for the past 2 1/2 years. I have been billed close to $700 for their services that were not covered by my insurance. They did peri maintenance and had me sign a document saying that I will be responsible for whatever the insurance company doesn't pay. They were unable to tell me before the cleaning cover how much I would be responsible for until after they submitted the claim. This happened multiple times. Do Not Go There!!!! Save yourself from the worst dental office experience ever. The front desk staff is completely clueless. I arrived at my appointment on time and paid for my services in advance. However, the front desk had me wait for 45 minutes just to advise me that they never checked me due to an error in the system. So I was never able to see the dentist and had to request a manager to refund me my money. Went in for my first dental appointment in years after chipping a tooth, called back a week later and couldn't get ahold of them. Even emailed the financial advisor and never got a reply.

Wish I would've read the reviews. First time I went there to get a wisdom tooth checked out. Took over 3 hours before I was able to walk out of the dentist office. All they did was a few X-rays btw. My scheduled wisdom teeth removal went as planned on my second visit, so no problems there. But my 3rd visit, needed a cavity filled, scheduled my appointment for 7:30, they called and asked to move to 10:30 and I agreed. I get to the appointment, but wasn't called back until 11:25. Won't be coming here again.

They don't have a handicap accessible entrance with a door for disabled persons particularly if you are in a wheelchair. They NEVER tell you what is due money wise until you show up for an appointment, when you have signed a contract. They take advantage of patients by using a "payment plan". Erica is the office manager. You never see the same doctor twice in a row unless you specifically request it. It reminds you of a fast food restaurant or an Amazon warehouse. The bottom line is profit......it is a cash cow money making... read more

I was charged over $1000 dollars for two teeth cleaning appointments. I did require a special antibiotic was for pre-gingivitis on my gums, which ended up being $600 extra dollars My insurance company never got the required documentation from aspen dental to warrant covering this cost. The receptionist promised me my payment would not go to collections until they figured it out, but i received letters in the mail from aspen telling me my payment was in fact going to collections. Do not go here
