They over charged me then tried to say I needed all this unnecessary work just to charge me up. I went and got a second opinion and of course they were telling the truth. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Absolutely horrible experience! Scheduled appointment, gave my insurance info over the phone, showed up for my appointment and was told that I never gave my insurance info and could have up to a 2 hour wait as a result. If they can't even handle scheduling and logistics they're not allowed in my mouth! Made me feel like they were doing me a favor rather than appreciating my business and my money.

After 10k of dental surgery that I paid them for and then was told that they couldn't do the work and I would have to go elsewhere. One problem with that is that I PAID them all the money I have and they still have it. One procedure I woke up during surgery then they sent me out the door bleeding profusely and still half asleep my husband had to take me to the hospital. Don't believe their bait and switch. I googled denture repair in my area and Aspen came up. They touted $49 repair, walk-ins welcome. So I did. Though the man at the desk was very pleasant, he informed me that "this location" does not repair dentures that weren't purchased through Aspen dental. Way to go, Aspen! I told him I am newly relocated to this area so I cannot return to the dentist where I purchased them. Nope. I am looking for a new dentist, but it sure WON'T BE ASPEN!

They need training I spent 6 months trying to get a set of dentures just have nothing to show for it the dentures wouldn't fit teeth were crooked craftsmanship poor . The tooth extractions extremely painful and left me with a mouth full of bone spurs when asked during process to remove them as they were painful they only filled the sharp edges off them and I was left with gums with knots in them from spurs left in them ! total scam. started with $3500 then went to $1500 the $200+ which i thought was high i agreed and got my teeth cleaned. then they hound the hell out of you for reviews so i left a positive one even though i thought it was a little fishy and along comes a $604 bill for teeth cleaning on top of the ridiculous bill i already paid. reporting them to the BBB & changing my reviews stay away.

Good luck getting an appointment, and even more good luck to you actually getting care even with an appointment. They are always, and I mean, ALWAYS, short staffed. They don't even have enough staff or professionalism to get their materials sterilised ahead of time FOR appointments. Prepare to be rescheduled without remorse and to still have your appointment cancelled. I was a patient at Aspen dental and Roxborough for the past 2 1/2 years. I have been billed close to $700 for their services that were not covered by my insurance. They did peri maintenance and had me sign a document saying that I will be responsible for whatever the insurance company doesn't pay. Do Not Go There!!!! Save yourself from the worst dental office experience ever. The front desk staff is completely clueless. I arrived at my appointment on time and paid for my services in advance. However, the front desk had me wait for 45 minutes just to advise me that they never checked me due to an error in the system.
