I love yall ! I haven't been to the dentist in over years , and when I went there I felt right at home. I was extremely nervous, but the DA Sharima relaxed my nerves while taking xrays. As soon as I walked into the office, I felt right at home. The front desk person made me feel very welcomed. I did not have a long wait, Melissa gave me the best financial package to help me get started. Dr. Dickerson did a very good job explaining all the work that was needed. What your company (Bob Fontana) does to people is a disgrace. One word liars. Have you read the words from past patients online? Facebook site is called Stop Aspen dental and numerous lawsuits. Myself included. Aspen dental in seminole Florida told me i had periodontal disease & did a full mouth gum cleaning. And charged me out of pocket a $1000. My insurance would not cover it. Also i paid 1000s for a bridge that fell out of my mouth within a year. Then i went to a real dentist and was told i never had periodontal disease.... read more
Explained 2 times on the phone when I was calling to check to see if they took my insurance yes had to call twice no one called me back that I had a broken tooth that needed to be fixed and instead I got a whole bunch of wasted time and a quote for $7000 to fix my teeth If you take emergencies and walkins Why did I walk out without my tooth fixed
