I went here because I broke a tooth An needed a temporary crown until my dentist opened the following Monday. They refused to fix my tooth until I had a cleaning An four fillings!! My dentist hadn't found any the last time I saw him which was only a few months prior. They had me apply for financing "just to see" how much I would qualify for if I scheduled all the work they said I needed with them. Ouch... Not a good experience at all here. I call their Corporate Office to have just an Exam and Cleaning done. I take pretty good care of my teeth. Last Dentist visit was a year ago, and only needed a basic cleaning.... I setup an appointment over the phone and get quoted $77 for X-rays, and cleaning. While the staff was friendly, I found it a bit odd, I was asked what I do for a living. Aspen Dental wants nothing but your money period. Back in October of 2016 I paid them $1200.00 for my next appointment, and what did I get? A bill for over $400.00 this week "July 2017" so I called and spoke to the Office Manager Kelly who said he would look into it and call me back by noon today. Guess what.... I never got a call, what a surprise, and they close at 1:00 PM on Fridays. We went there being told they could help with financing and then there was no financing available. Also 1 of our friends told us she got her dentures there for $800. and the office manager told us there were no such things there. She showed us the invoice and it was 846. so he basically called our friend a liar and i would NEVER recommend a company that treats people this way
Here we go... I had an appointment at ASPEN DENTAL for a check up after all the work they did before and I'm STILL PAYING for it and then today even before I went in they told me I owe ANOTHER $1025.00... For WHAT???? They billed me up front for all they did and now they want to bill more??? REALLY??? DO NOT TRUST ASPEN DENTAL... They are VERY EXPENSIVE and I refused the appointment today. This facility only care about money. I paid over 1200.00 for some work and was told that my bill was paid in full and that my follow up was also included. I even walked out with a zero balance on a piece of paper, which today I found out was not worth the paper it was printed on. They added additional treatments that insurance does not cover, Did not tell me, and now I have a new bill to pay. I will never go back again, and do not recommend anyone does. They lie, and cheat you out of money
