Bait and switch champs!!! Will give you no information over the phone, you have to make an appointment, they tell you they are now verifying the insurance information you had already given them, but start with x-rays while they verify. Then find out they clearly do not take your insurance. BEWARE!!!!

This place is ridiculous ,they we're only interested in my financial information Waited over a week for my appointment, only for them to cancel 2 hrs before I was supposed to be there. ..waited another few days..only to sit there for hrs.. then to walk out because they did not care about my teeth.. just my credit score. ..

Went in for a meeting with a "specialist" after seeing the regular dentist last week. After repeating the same exact tests as last week (and spending about 60 seconds in the room) they decided they had no idea what to do and I was left with a $200 bill (for 60 second visit!) and instructions to call back in a month if the jaw pain doesn't go away... I told them they're fired and made an appt at a decent dentist.

It is still a work in progress. I have great faith in Dr. Sugg, but have witnessed a significant lack of management skills which support some staff lack of responsibility and do diligence. In addition, the bombardment from the corporate IT with phone calls, texts messages, and emails reminding me of my appointees too, too much.

I went into the Tyrone Blvd office in St Petersburg FL to have two crowns replaced due to bruxism. They would not do the work unless it was paid upfront so they wiped my flex spending account clean of over $2k. It took over a year for them to submit the proper information to my insurance. After getting my company benefit department involved the claim was finally paid correctly resulting in over $1k refund. They said they sent 2 refund checks but I never received the money and... See More kept the remaining $127 for "other ch... read more

I went there today for a tooth causing me much pain. After many X-rays I was finally taken to an exam room and told the hygienist would be right in to see me. I said I do not want to see the hygienist I want to see the doctor. They Said it is part of their exam. The hygienist came in and took periodontal reading and then I waited some more for the doctor. The doctor came in and started naming off all this other work I needed done. I asked how much to take care of the tooth th... See More at is hurting. He said they would tel... read more

I have been working on this since last July. The first thing they do is give you a treatment plan. They over suggest and bill you for unnecessary treatments. I was told I needed 9 fillings. Second opinion said 2 and I was livid. They talked me into this DEEP CLEANING be cause my teeth were so bad. 800 procedure and said that oh my insurance would cover it. They lied my insurance does not cover any of this procedure. My in network benefits gave me a 300 discount according to ... They are slime. If you want to be ripped off go... read more

The worst experience ever. I called to make an appointment due to a tooth problem and to find out prices. The women said between $80.00-$150.00. When I get there, they do all the x-rays then the Periodontal check up and I knew I needed that worked on. The dentist comes in looks at the x-rays tells me 3 teeth need to be removed, not one. and the cost $999.00. Way more then what I was quoted. Then when I went to leave, you have to sit with a financial person they tell you the amount needed to complete all the work, me, $8999.0... read more
