Guess I should have read the reviews before I booked the appointment. Xrays were torture as to be expected. In my opinion the dental hygienist over stepped her boundaries and gave a “care plan” before I even seen the dentist. After the dentist explained the procedure he would like to do, I ask for alternative solutions. He stated I have a cavity, which what he showed me on X-rays did not look like a cavity. it was horrible it was like the Walmart of Dental offices I went in with a broken tooth & when they were done I had a $2400.00 estimate for future dental procedures, & still walked out of the place with a broken tooth no treatment, so the problem that brought me to ASPEN Dental I still had when I left the whole experience sucked I will never go back & I still need my broken tooth extracted !!!!
Got completely ripped off. They added a bunch of shit to my bill that i was told a at the time was supposed to be part of the first free visit. Scam artists. Take advantage of the fact i was in pain and in a hurry to sneak a bunch of stuff in. When i called to question the charges later the office manager essentiall told me i signed the bill so i could go fuck myself now.
I was a cash Payer who needed 4 Composite Fillings a cleaning and a Root Canal/Crown w/ a Cleaning and they wanted 4796$. (And thats after quoting me w/ a 15% Discount for 4 and 1/2 years Miitary Service.) My sister is an Orthodontist and upon Review of the bill They were charging what she said appeared to be a lot of Fees and other things for nonsense which 95% of dentist don't charge. I do not recommend Aspen Dental in Pinellas Park. They are liars. They will work on your teeth and have you paid an amount “IN FULL”. THEN they will bill your insurance company for double the services. Example: a cleaning D4346 and a cleaning D1110. They will give you FLUORIDE, and not disclose that there is an age cap of 18. Soooo your insurance will bounce back those charges (which never should have been performed or billed without disclosure) and when you show up 6 months later for your next cleaning, they won’t do it unl... read more

Very disappointed went there with sore tooth in hopes to get it pulled and have consultation about getting a partial and all they seemed concerned about was selling me the most expensive this partial they had and I kept expressing that my main reason there was a toothache I was having and basically prescribe me pain pills anabiotic‘s and sent me on my way never set up a return date to get the tooth pulled or not been. It’s safe to say I won’t be recommending or returning.
