Friendly staff, on time, clean office and up front with what services I needed and provided accurate pricing. Didn't try to "sell" me on things that I don't need.

I took my son here because it was the only local place that took our dental insurance. At the consult on 1/16 we had to pay $2145 upfront based on their "estimate". My son had his wisdom teeth removed on 2/3 they wrote a script for 200mg ibuprofen (FYI that's OTC dosage, what was the point?). When the claims went through we were only responsible for $135. Their customer service is non-existing! I have been a patient for years and spent $$$$. I want to schedule a cleaning. Because I haven’t been there in over a year, hello have you heard of Covid-19?, I need to come in for a full exam prior. They do not have the ability to do both in the same day! Seriously!?!? Goodbye!!

RecommendedI registered for an emergency appointment online to be seen as soon as they opened at 1000am. I received a call around 9:40 stating that they couldnt see me until 1100 because the 1000 had already been booked. I explained to the person on the phone that I was in extreme pain, and she got me in the door by 1015. The entire staff was so empathetic towards my plight. They were quick and caring. I wish I could continue to go there, but alas, Aspen does not take my insurance. Take my insurance, and you have a patient for life.

From the moment I sat in the chair I felt very uncomfortable. The hygienist was so abrupt and rude as was the doctor, I would never recommend them. Just one giant way of scamming the public!
Biggest scam artists on the market. I went in today with a horrible toothache/ broken tooth. After about 30 minutes of X-rays (literally 30 minutes) i thought it was time to see the dentist. Instead, they sent in the hygienist who proceeded to tell me my teeth were stained and that if I wasn’t careful I would have gum disease. I take very good care of my teeth.
