I went to the Plymouth Office yesterday for an Examination. After almost 2 hours of waiting in Office for my Estimate. I still am no further ahead. No email with my estimate as promised. Karen the Hygienist was very thourgh and caring

I just called to reschedule an appointment at Aspen Dental. Which I already knew I probably shouldn’t have considering they’ve broken my teeth. Today the woman on the phone said, “the thing is, you guys are wasting our time.” Previously, I had called to cancel an appointment I had about five times last month. If you want to be numbed and then sit there for over an hour and then have to be numbed again go for it. Nothing good to say....

They tell you you need things to push their name brand sponsored products. They refused to even give me a cleaning unless I used their name brand $800 product they were pushing. I got a second recommendation and I didn’t need more than a cleaning
I made an appointment for 8:30 to have a tooth extraction. I figured since it was one of the first appointments of the morning that I would be seen promptly. Instead I was alerted that I would need to wait until 9:15, which soon became 9:30. Despite the extraction taking only about 3 minutes, I didn't walk out the door until 10:30. Time to find another dentist methinks.

Sometimes parents can't find babysitters for their children when they have appointments I had to bring my three kids yesterday and it was a nightmare! I really wish the waiting room was kid friendly maybe throw a couple toys in there so they don't have to play with the water bubbler people were getting angry but they are 36 and seven they want to play 🤷♀️
They said they called to cancel my appt for this past Friday. Oh they called, but they FAILED to leave a message saying they were cancelling my appt, b/c they closed Last Friday. Imagine my surprise when I called them on Friday. NOT very professional!
