I thought I was going for a cleaning in the Plymouth office as scheduled only to find out 2 additional procedures were added to my appointment. When I told them I just wanted my scheduled cleaning that my insurance covers and not the additional procedures for a total of $209.00 I was rushed into a room. The hygienist Karen Jackson refused to clean my teeth unless I agreed to 2 out of 3 procedures for a total of $158.00. she wanted to charge me for gum work on 3 teeth and I hadn't even opened my mouth yet or got a bib. when ... read more
Went in for an exam and was told they would call me next day with estimate. They never did
Went for a tooth to be pulled. After I got there I was told the computer was down and the removal couldn't be done that day. Screwed up my account and said owed money I didn't owe. They owed me a credit. Went back two times to get a crown. Each time it didn't fit right. Got my records and will go else where. Union member will report my experience to the Union.
I went in for a consultation I'll add I look at my teeth everyday. They do the peri probe and magically a huge chunk of my tooth is missing how's that happen thanks aspen dental for the thousands of dollars you are going to cost me in the future! Sincerely a very disappointed customer.

I just became a new patient and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, I like the fact that they are close to home so I don't have to travel far. My time in the office was not a long wait and the whole visit went smoothly and I was in and out.
This is my 4th time having a horrible experience with Aspen Dental. Each time I am given an incorrect day/time for my procedure, the wrong child is expected, the wrong address is given. Regretfuly I am locked into this Dental Program for another 6 months before I can convert back to the professionals I am accustomed to dealing with.
