I was on vacation in Florida when I needed to make an emergency dental appointment with a local dentist. I had my bridge fall out and needed it cemented back in. I let them know up front that I was from out of state so I was confused when they started doing a whole comprehensive exam which included x rays, scans, oral cancer screening (which I waived). Seriously THE WORST dental experience I have ever had. If I could give 0 stars I would. Had an issue with my wisdom tooth and I could barely open my mouth. I made an appointment for 11:00 the same day I called. I waited in my car for about before being seen. I was told I need all four teeth extracted but the soonest the oral surgeon would be back at this office was about a month away so I made an apt for a week later at an office about 30 min away. appointment at 4. Here at 345 my husband just walked in. Hasn't been able to eat or drink since 8am and they had no concern about that, no call to tell us they behind. Not happy!!Â
aspen is very professional and seems very competetent,,,but prices are rediculous,,,so i went to smile design,am so sorry i did ,,they are incompetent but stuck with them since i paid them up front,,,, ada is no help, they are a joke too!!!!!!Â
I arrived at 5:35 for my 6PM Thursday, January 23rd appointment. There was one other person in the waiting room when I arrived. I waited until 6:25 to be called back into get x-rays at which time 4 others had walked in after me, of which 2 got called back before me. I got x-rays quickly which was nice and was directed back to sit in a chair to get examined by Kelly, the dental hygienist. STOP DOING TESTS & X-RAYS THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY JUST TO MAKE UNWANTED CHARGES TO PATIENTS/CUSTOMERSÂ
If you read reviews before going read this one. Had a toothache all weekend and made an appointment online for Monday. It took 2 hours and 15 min. before the dentist came in. I was there for a total of 3 hours. They had 1 tech out sick was there excuse. Never again!!Â
