Rude, uneducated office manager that wanted to have a confrontation with me. I was shocked. She actually asked me what my 'problem' was. Then told me to leave when I stated they had a lack of communication within the office. Everyone else was working while she was talking on the phone with her friends.
Great people but this s the second appointment made me wait the first appointment over an hour and and same with the second.. y make appointments!
Do not believe their "Piece of Mind promise" it is corporate lip service for "No Guarantee, A week spent in pain,. Two exposed nerves, waiting a Week for a WRITTEN quote for care. ( Of course that came today at 50% more than their verbal quotes) Simple fact, it seems that the Dentists here do not make their own decisions for patient care. I really appreciated the free x-rays, examination, & recommendation from the dentist, although I did feel a little "sticker shock" when told what the procedures would cost me! I have ALWAYS been a hard-working woman, raised 5 children which I gave birth to only two, given and helped the down & out people., after explaining that I had lost my job two years ago and had NO INCOME, I was offered financing, how can I afford to finance anything without an income? My crowns where not in and had a 8am appointment, i was there 25 minutes before they told me that my crowns wouldn't be in until 10:30-11:00am. No phone call. This reaffirms all the negative complaints. Going to a different place next year.

Visit was great just could not afford to get 4k worth of dental done unfortunately:(
I am a bit concerned that there was no one there that could pull a tooth and I had to be sent to another Dr. for this to happen.
