My 82 year old father had his teeth removed one year ago and they have yet to give him functional dentures. He has not been able to eat solids for a year now. Due to the poor fit he now has an oral lesion. How can this group think it is ok to leave someone like this? He has been going there once a week for many months now to have the dentures re-fitted, how is this acceptable?? My mom and I had dentures made here and they are the worst! Paid $1,600 and mine never did fit right and my mom's dentures teeth keep falling out. She said 4 times already. I got a different dentist and Dr. even agreed my dentures are the worst he's ever seen. I don't recommend this place at all, especially since the receptionist was rude also.
Way to expensive and they try and sell you everything.
Had two procedures scheduled for today and first one for 8am. They kept us locked outside in the cold till 8:10am. Then second procedure I got there on time at 9:45. And watched my tech walk around for half an hour before I kindly asked for a refund and cancled my appointment.
I have been charged for services never received and getting them to credit anything is a nightmare! Stay away from this place!
Don't ever go to this place, false advertising and liars...

RecommendedHad a 9:15 appt. Did x-rays talked to nurse then dentist. Answered all questions I had and I was out of there in less than an hour

I'm livid at 1150 called me where 12pm was my appointment. I called back since I was getting ready to leave since I live right across the street they tell me that they didnt have me on a schedule and that they called me to reschedule since I didnt confirm my appointment. Mind you I am a nurse sometimes I pick up shifts like nights so because I was asleep and didnt confirm they cancel me. Where is this right? Policy or not.
I arrived early for my appointment, filled out paperwork and had X-rays taken. The office staff was extremely friendly and thorough, but after my X-rays I waited in the exam chair for over 45 minutes after my initial exam with the hygienist to be seen, with nobody coming in to check or explain why the wait was so long. I was very upfront that I just wanted an extraction on a tooth as I do not have dental insurance, and would be paying out of pocket.
