No wonder they have millions of dollars to own a race car...they screw over their patients with false promises, misleading information, and in my case...permanent damage to my mouth and since August, I'm STILL WAITING for my upper full and lower partial dentures!! my office is in Port Riche, Florida with Dr. Goh as head dentist and office owner. Went to Aspen due to a chipped tooth that I thought might be cracked down to root. Dentist determined it was not cracked. She was able to polish the rough edge and no further treatment was needed.
I have been wearing dentures for over 40 years. I have had several sets made over the years,so awesome some not so good. I picked up my dentures today and they are so huge I look likeI have a horse mouth.the color is yellow and it looks like I'm a heavy smoker...I don't smoke...I hand them in my mouth for 1 hour and had to take them out because my whole mouth burned...I have to go back next week
My dental cleaning was scheduled for yesterday. I get there, wait 20 minutes and am then told, "sorry, the hygienist won't be in today, would you like to reschedule?" Uh, no I don't since this is the second time you've done this to me. Also, you made me an upper partial that isn't comfortable, didn't fit correctly even after all your adjustments and which I am still paying off after a year. I had an appt at 1pm and saw the dentist at 2:30. Only an exray was taken- nothing else done because of lack of time. No privacy in the back office as I could hear everything being said and done to the patient next to me. I had a very good experience at Aspen Dental in Merritt Island, Fl. I made an appt with another dentist that accepts my insurance.
Yes the stuff was very nice and the office was clean but I made an appointment a week and a half ago and I get there 15 minutes early to do my paperwork they come out and tell me I have to reschedule my appointment because they're too busy!?! I'm very disappointed
