Aspen Dental has a very upbeat atmosphere, especially necessary in a dental office. Everyone greets you, and you are taken for your appointment right on time. They are respectful of your desires, and do not use 'scare' tactics nor push treatments. My hygienist, Arianna, was pleasant, fast and thorough. I am relatively new to Florida; the first dental office I tried suggested unnecessary treatments, and was adamant about it. The staff was rude and incompetent. I am glad I found Aspen.
I have been to a few different dental places in the area because of insurance changes and I will tell you that Aspen dental, in St Lucie West, is one the best around. From the moment you walk in the door to the time you leave, you could not ask for more caring people. Everyone and I mean Everyone has just been wonderful to me. They will also do what you ask and not push expensive procedures at you like a lot of the other places do, I have had that happen at the bad places. Aspen is GREAT ALL THE WAY AROUND.
I had deep cleaning done by Kevin the hygienist and he was VERY understanding about my concerns and he was VERY malicious going back and back again to make sure my gums were clear of any tartar. I highly recommend this office!
The staff is very nice, Dentist was awesome! I did call after they called me with my partials appraisals and requested a call back for full dentures and have not really a phone call back! I want he work done but just waiting for a call back! They are great though!
I went to Aspen for a broken tooth. The staff was very helpful, explained everything ( no pressure). Dr Hershkowicz was excellent as well as Hygienist Danielle. I thought the fees were very reasonable and the entire staff excellent. They are my new dentist and I would recommend this office. Oh, they were on time too!
