After they start well they screwed everything at the end they start adding stuff that does not need just to bill me more after I have my service done and they give me a bill with a zero balance a month later I received a statement with a balance of $20.10 they manipulate the bills.They are a joke with recommendations, and they cannot be changed just to charge you more. Plus, they offer me to apply to care credit card with a zero-interest rate and I have been paid interest since day 1 so everything is a lie. Never again

I booked an appointment for a teeth cleaning. First there were insurance games- first they accept my insurance, then they didn't, then when I cancelled they decided to take my insurance again. The office manager manipulated me to sign up for a service just to get my teeth cleaned and said I couldn't get it cleaned until I did an elective procedure. I called aspen dental the moment they opened up on Monday morning. I have an infected molar. They said I could get an appointment in 13 days. Are you kidding me and I’m a regular client!!!! I called them and asked for an antibiotic till thhenand the dentist refused!!! So I called happy smiles late this afternoon around 5 and they said come in tomorrow morning. Screw aspen dental!!!! They don’t give a damm about anything but money.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Terrible Customer Service!!! Dentists do a poor job! Don’t expect any follow up care because they DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. Not a good sign when the Office Manager Tommy speaks over you and hangs up when you call to complain about the VERY POOR treatment received!!! Your best bet is to go somewhere else for your dental care!
I really liked the care that I received at Aspen Dental until last month. I received a phone call 20 minutes before my appointment to tell me they no longer accepted my insurance and would I still be coming in. When I got there, the receptionist than told me that on top of the $300 that they wanted for the cleaning, that I was required to pay over $1200 for "things that your insurance company didn't pay" before I could be seen again. I am new to this area and sought to have X-rays and cleaning and any further work performed on a chipped tooth and a cracked tooth. I scheduled an appointment and was driving to the location only to receive a call that they would be closing early and I needed to reschedule my appointment. I didn’t wait all week or cancel my plans today to have you Aspen Dental inform me to reschedule my appointment for sometime in the future. Make your patients a priority! I’ll find another provider who does!
