The dentist herself was fantastic....the dentures I received for the grand price of $5,800, SUCK!!!! They are so cheap, they won't even come clean. No matter how much I brush, soak, forget it. They promise your money back.....HA HA HA, forget it....I tried. Would never go back there again.Â
Worse Dental place ever! they over charge on bill! Leave you infection on teeth! Screw this dental office! they pretend like I never went there! I make sure person doesn't go there!Â
The front desk customer service was horrible. The first receptionist didn't know what to do and have no customer service manners. You want to be greeted with a smile and that was the last thing that I got from her. Jessica the "I don't even know her title" was even worst. However the technician was very professional and did and excellent job.Â

Stay away! AAbsolutely worst customer service and dentistry office. When I scheduled an appointment I specifically said I needed a cleaning and for them to check on a molar that the filling may have chipped off. I arrived over 50 minutes early to my appointment hoping I could get in earlier (office was not busy at all at 9am in the morning) and was not seen until 20 minutes after my appointment. Terrible experience!!! First time customer...I went in for my x ray and evaluation and scheduled all the work they recommended (2600 dollars). The first thing I was having done was having two wisdom teeth removed by the oral surgeon along with being put under for the procedure. I made the appointment to have the surgery done in four days. I was told not to eat any food or even drink any water 8 hrs prior to the surgery. I arrived 30 min early to be prompt. Absolute worst !! Said my sons extractions were covered then billed me for $600 called the so called billing dept (IDIOTS ) I told her it's being billed wrong ok I will take care of it HA YEAH RIGHT 1 wk later I'm sent to collections they have no idea what they are doing ! Beware peopleÂ

Not very happy that the dentist didn't explain much, and that I spent more time with the office manager (who explained what the dentist was going to do) than the dentist. Won't go back.Â
They claim walk in and emergency welcome but they purposely let you sit there and wait...and wait...horrible experience don't go there...Â
