Two different times they showed me on a chart what had to be done and the total price, the most recent two months ago. Both times they explained to me what work had to be done and quoted me the price, which had gone down about 100 dollars. Called 2 days ago to schedule the appointment. They told us that the price now was more than doubled!!! I asked why? They said that they only quoted me one side. It has been a year since visiting Aspen Dental on St Lucie West Blvd. I went in there for a very simple extraction of a front incisor tooth. I was new to Port St Lucie but was seeing two dentists In Ft Luderdale and Coral Springs (one for an implant and my regular dentist for years). I have been waiting 3 weeks for my refund. i keep getting the run around. I paid for a root canal they could not do it so had to pull my tooth instead and they are trying to charge me 240 when my insurance said its 120 so they still havent returned any of my money. i have been in there and spoke to 3 different people and nothing has been done yet. very upset with this company.
Their pricing is highly inflated. The staff embellishes your condition to build up the price of the estimate. Go get second opinions and pricing before you commit with Aspen.
At first I thought I felt very welcome but I was very wrong the front desk was very rude laughing and taking they took a whole hr to get with me it was very nice of them to see me the same day but it just seen very funny to me that the day I went there they would of pulled my teeth even tho it was to close to my nerve but I didn't have the co pay so they sent me home the next day they said they was full but. Was there yesterday morning for 3 hours for repairs the person that was helping me had no idea what he was talking about was told that’s the best they can do They need more adjusting and cleaning
Terrible business practice. As others mentioned front desk schedulers more interested in talking with staff and laughing then patient waiting for appointment. Being new to the area I needed to establish dentist. I came in and was to,d that the first exam was free with X-rays. When I came in I waited 40 minutes before the gal looked down to see that I had signed in. Then, I was greeted by some gal who wasn't the hygeniest or dr. Who was doing the X-rays. Had had extensive fillings. Experiencing a lot of pain afterwards. So severe that it has kept me up many nights. Disappointed when I asked for pain medication they would only give me Ibuprofen 800 mg. Not pain medication. First of all, I have a history of stomach ulcers and take a blood thinner, so really should not take this medication for fear of bleeding.
