The male dentist was extremely rude to one of my adult sons (the other son had a caring, nice dentist) and so we took our business elsewhere. Treating a person like dirt when they come to you for help is uncalled for. If you can't act in a professional manner then you need to get out of a service oriented career! Go to Sharpe Smile Center if you want truly caring helpful dental care.
Waited two hours to have a crown cemented because my aspen dental office is 6 hrs away. As soon as I asked and was told the third time that they could take me they didn't. Again. As I said I'm leaving they took me. Dr cemented the crown in five minutes. Told me my insurance will cover it. Called before I got to my hotel to say it would be $200 not covered. Kristen the front desk woman has to be one of the dumbest people ever. When I schedule simple appointments she turns it into the worst shit show for me.
I had 12 grand worth of work done 3 years ago that all has to be re-done because Dr. Ryan doesn't know what the hell he is doing! He left cement all around my crowns, the crowns were not fit tight to my gum, he left cement unter my bridge and did not correctly do the root canals which are now infected because of it. I went to a competent dentist because I was in pain and he said that everything Dr. Ryan did was shotty and unethical and I should sue. Very disappointed with the office staff. Not only did they "forget" to schedule an appointment for a service for which I was billed (and already paid for), they then decided to turn around and change their office hours without notice. I had made my appointment over a month in advance and no one contacted me to tell me that they would no longer accommodate a 4:00 appointment, which is absolutely absurd considering it was scheduled in advance AND paid for. I'm more than disappointed with the experience my family and I just had at Aspen Dental and with the owner Dr Ryan. My daughter needed a couple of fillings and I was not aware that the office did not do nitrous. Dr. Ryan is an amazing dentist and does great work, but is working for a terrible company!! Damian, apparently the "office manager" is the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever spoke with! They are trying to charge me for something I had no clue they were going to do, it was not discussed nor did I give them my permission to do the work. Now they don't want to take any responsibility for the $400 bill for their mistake!!! This place is the biggest joke.
