I had an 11am appointment today and waited in the office for OVER AN HOUR while they brought back 3 other people while then telling me it’s not my fault they only have 3 dentist yet not caring how much PAIN I am in and giving me shit for being upset. Fuck this place

I got screwed over this morning by you by being charged for services I don’t need done with my teeth and gums. Instead of rechecking my teeth and gums free of charge to see if my gingivitis has cleared up since last August, you still went ahead and charged me. To top that off, you didn’t even completely wave the charges, let alone even bother calling my insurance company to confirm and bill my insurance. I’m suing your asses for scamming me for money I don’t have. I’m not coming here again. 🖕🏻

Took today off (had to use a vacation day) so my husband could get dental work done. We were given a payment plan only to come in today and told we had to pay more. Not understanding why we had to pay today when we paid last week for today’s appointment. I even had the billing rep type it up on the billing form when he and I went to his consulting appointment. Hell NO, they didn't give my daughter time to wake up. I'm so appalled by the events that took place. I am ABSOLUTELY filing a formal complaint. We paid entirely to much money for this treatment. I Will be contacting someone to get this resolved. They service is deplorable
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY DENTAL SERVICES. If I could rate this place a solid 0 I would! For one, they make you pay for your services before you have them (cleaning, fillings, etc.), so that you cannot go somewhere else if you are unsatisfied with them. Ultimately this recommendation only stems from one thing. Dr. Ryan, I had an extraction today in which he was very rude and condescending. My husband was there for support and couldn’t believe how this man was talking down to me. EVERYONE else was very nice and helpful since my first appointment. Apparently he’s the only one who can do extractions. I might go back but the condition will be not to see him again.
