The Portage office is fast, but I feel they are only out for your money and not so much your care. I had a couple fillings put in a week ago and before that had no tooth/nerve pain, but after the fillings I am unable to chew on that side, I can't drink anything cold and I can't breathe through my mouth without pain. They are the worst and sorriest excuse for a "dental clinic"ever. Pulled 2 teeth, left the roots exposed and part of 1 tooth in. Went back because of pain and they wouldn't see and said "It's not our problem, deal with it.THEY SUCK!!!!!
Service is beyond slow! Weeks to get appointment! My niece got false teeth an needed adjusted and couldn't get appointment for almost a month later! Would not recommend to anyone!
Sent a non existing bill to collection, after paying $2700! Delta is investigating! ~pd for our services~
Customer service was the worse... Had extreme tooth pain couldn't get me in for weeks... Told me I could wait for a walk in appt.. Had a gentleman before me get there and waited 4+ hours was told I could wait around but they may not be able to fit me in.. Called a different dentist never been to before got me in a day and half later... Also told me that the crown that aspen fitted me for was put in wrong.. Seriously, the best staff ever. I decided on Aspen Dental after reading reviews and my husband and I couldn't be happy. After seeing my x-rays, the dentist said, "Let me meet those beautiful teeth," best line ever.
