I don’t recommend getting any major work done there because I had all of my bottom teeth poured today and I am in severe pain and they prescribed me some of the weakest pain medicine out there also the dentist that worked on my mouth was very careless and very rough with me you would have thought I slept with his wife or something because of how ruff he was.. They charge you and arm an a leg. They don’t bill your insurance company like they say they would. You pay off your account and close it. This place turns around a sales a bogus account to a collection place. A total rid off place. Beware of this place.
They are awful at making dentures and overcharge one
Aspen dental is a rip off!!! Do not go to Aspen dental. they start from the second you walk in the for telling you that today's visit will cost you ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! I went in just to discuss costs and before you know it they have smoothed you right into filling out paperwork and made two types of xrays and they sit you down to discuss payments recommending you go for the most expensive services available and that you finance at 28% percent interest. explained to person on the phone that I'd had a tooth pulled and found tooth or bone protruding from the gum. I finally got it out but more was found. I needed xrays to determine if it was tooth, bone or dental implement not retrieved. appointment made. The Worst. They give up a electric tooth brush and you find out later that you were charged $135.00 for it. You can buy the same toothbrush at Walmart for $29.99. The mouthwash that you have to have they charge your bill $29.99. if they even do a claim on your dental insurance they code it so that so that the insurance will not pay. Hold Doctors and Hygentist Accountable for lying to make money...... or get sued....
Quit trying to schedule so many patients. Was suppose to have teeth pulled and lower plate put in but it was not read. Was not even made due to someone screwing up. Received the lower plate a week late which has caused a lot of problems. Paper work was constantly incorrect even after 4 x of redoing it. Not sure I will even let them finish what they started.
Went in for an abscessed root canal & was told I had an infection. I was prescribed penicillin. I took the first 2 days but had severe migraines. Third day I took one & again as the same before 30 min. later had a severe migrain. I went into my appointment to do the extraction of my tooth & explained what I had been experiencing. The doctor said nope penicillin doesn't cause or have a side effect of a headache. I looked up Web MD & of course one of the side effects is a headache.
