When I came into your office, I let it be well known that just being in that office caused me to have anxiety attacks. I'm totally terrified of dentists. On my first visit, I was informed that we would have to take out a loan for dentures. So we did, and the dentures were made. Then they make me an appointment to pull about 14 teeth. they messed my mouth up, I will never recommend anyone to this company.
I went in for one toothache and was told I needed over 10,000 dollars of work done the man wanted to take out all my feeling and replace with crowns like hek no just fix my one tooth which he couldnt do had to out source it to another dentist will not being using them at all

Absolutely not. Plz see Holly Ogden's review since she is the patient. The office quoted about $1100 to get work done but said they "coded it wrong" now they want an additional $700 before they do anymore work. Their mistake should not mean a withholding of treatment by holding the insurance deductible hostage till their ERROR is paid for. That seems like fraud.
Unfortunately I can not say I recommend Aspen Dental. First of all they fail to tell you that they will NOT clean your teeth the first time you come in. The first time I came in I was in the office for THREE HOURS for what was supposed to be a routine cleaning. When I finally did see the dentist after waiting for an hour, it took another hour for the to get me back to the office. They said I had periodontal disease and that I would need about two seperate cleanings. They then said I needed about 3500$ worth of work. I have a... read more
I was quoted $59 over the phone and then asked to pay $261 at the office for a child's cleaning, exam, and xray. They listened to the recording of the original call in which I had made the appointment, and agreed that I had been misquoted. (Which by the way shows me that they must have to do that often.) However, they still charged me $125 and refused to give me a print out of what the $125 was supposed to cover. The whole episode was shady and unprofessional. RecommendedBroke a tooth last night. Used the website to schedule appointment for this morning. Lori, Chiquita and especially Tina were awesome. Tooth pulled with hardly any pain and headed back to work.

The absolute worst. The poor dental hygienist just makes up things as she goes. Programmed to get more money out of patients. A rip off and total waste of time. Not even to mention the work attire of the staff. Let me stop here!!!
