absolute rip off!! they took my money and never let me in for my follow up! i went to another dentist said they lied. i do not have periodontal disease!! they must be on commission. don’t go!! plus they have the worst teeth cleaners there!!

Made appt for endodontist at Prattville location had more X-rays which I already had from my dentist on the 21st waited over an hour in the chair dentist was busy I asked the technician how much longer I had to get back to work and I only needed to see endodontist for root canal and they proceed to tell me she is booked out until March so I left and if I was told that when making appointment I would have never made it. Horrible experience and will never recommend.

I booked an appointment for a broken tooth at 12:15. They called and tried to make me be there at 11:30. I was at work, so I could not make it that early—hence the 12:15 appointment. I got there around 11:45 and filled out paperwork. I sat and waited for about 45 minutes and was finally called for X-rays—that’s fine, haven’t been to the dentist in a while, I was due for some. I had to give it One star because there’s no other option for zero stars. The whole experience has been one let down after another. After surviving cancer and then having A baby with a complicated pregnancy my teeth went downhill quickly. I have spent a month after having teeth extracted with no partials not able to eat I’ve lost 12 pounds, I didn’t need to loose. From the moment I entered until the moment I exited, the administrative and most the ancillary staff were courteous, informative and polite. The dentist was prompt and straightforward; as a former newspaperman and law investigator, I appreciate candor. The one exception was the dental hygienist. I didn't get her name, however, as she strode in and immediately began jamming a metal pick into my gums.
