The office staff are very unprofessional. They do not answer the phone or return calls. The dentists change monthly and you never see the same person twice. I have been trying for months to finish my refinement trays and still have the brackets on my teeth. It has been an absolutely awful experience and I would not wish this on anyone.

My ex made an appointment under my account for a 2nd time. They know about it and still allow it. Told me to "take it up with him". They are committing fraud.

The communication at the Quaker town store was horrendous. Tools were not clean. They charged me $260 for 3 teeth up front and then when I went back they only got to work on 1 tooth completely another 1 was drilled in by accident and was told this 1 is a root canal then put a temporary filling in and the 3rd tooth was never worked on at all they were supposed to refund me a $175 that was 6 days ago and I have yet to see my money get back onto my credit card. I had an appointment for 1:30. it was 3:45 by the time they took me back to do anything. then started the extraction before I was even totally numb. They are more interested in working you up a plan. And the prices for dentures I believe is high. Don't think I'll be going back there

We were given a $12,000-$14,000 estimate by Aspen Dental for dentures and extractions, and that was after his $2,000 insurance benefit. We went and got a second opinion and our out of pocket cost for full dentures and all extractions is less than $2,000. This place is a scam! Every person I have talked to about this has gone through the same thing in Quakertown. You should really be ashamed of what you are trying to overcharge our community.

INCOMPETENCE or INSIURANCE SCAM I went in to have my upper denture looked at. The dentist spent 2 hours checking my lower teeth and advised me that I will need to see the business rep to discuss payment. The RED gave me an estimate for $23k, but suggested that my old denture may be repairedx. She had the lab tech check and this could be done. She quoted me $180. I asked if my insurance would cover any of the cost. She advised Zme that the insurance would not cover any of the cost because I exceeded my yearly allowance. The ... read more

Billing department is so screwed up. Wont even look at paperwork that proves what they are billing you for was already paid!!!!
