WORST EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN! At Aspen Dental in Quakertown. When I set the Appointment they were told that I required being sedated which they were fine with on the phone. When I arrived at the office I was told they don't do sedation. So, they lied to me. I told the dentist that I have to be sedated due to a previous very bad experience with another dentist. WORST EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN! At Aspen Dental in Quakertown. When I set the Appointment they were told that I required being sedated which they were fine with on the phone. Worst office I have ever been too. Can't even set up payment plans without financing. My ass. Worst buissness ever
My Dad got new dentures here. Everyone was very nice and friendly.Bottom would not stay in place. They tried relining them. They suggested little pegs in his jaw would hold his dentures in place. He had the surgery. What they didn't tell him is it would take 4-6 months before he could snap them in place. Over the past 6 weeks he has lost almost 40 lbs because he can't eat. Can't bite or chew. Tried puréed food but it is disgusting, he won't eat it.

I had an appointment for 12:15 to get my teeth cleaned. On this day it was my granddaughter graduation, so I had to leave to be there on time. I signed in. The gentle man who signed in before was told his appointment was at 11:30 but he could come back at 12:45. He said he couldn't. They waited five minutes then called him back.
