Staff was very efficient, personable and professional. Great experience all around, they were even able to get me in for a cleaning on the same day! Highly recommend this office, caring group! No high pressure!Â

What an amazing place! The friendliest office staff ever! Such a clean office and very modern. Was able to b squeezed in within a few hours for an emergency. Without a doubt leaving the dentist I've gone to since I was a little kid and will continue here smile emoticonÂ

They scheduled me for appointment and then canceled appointments without telling me. Avoid the Quakertown location, horrible service.Â
Like others, had a terrible experience. Seen multiple different dentists, waited in waiting room for over an hour (no consideration for my time), needed to have a flipper made and it took three times to get it somewhat right. More waste of my time. Then my insurance covered part of it, even though Aspen said they wouldnât and made me paid the entire amount up front, and it took aspen one month to refund my insurance covered amount after multiple phone calls made by me. Went here when I was having some gum Irritation and other dental providers in the area were booking 4-6 months out. Initial appointment was just x-Ray and and exam. While I was okay with this, as I mostly wanted to confirm it was just gum irritation and nothing worse, I donât like that they use this appointment to create a list of all the things âwrongâ and create a âtreatment planâ. I was there 2 weeks ago for a consultation, waited 45 mins past my appt time but still agreed to future services. I should have known not to. At that time I had 2 scheduled appointments for today, one for cleaning, the second for fillings, scheduled an hour apart. I waited, after hour one I asked how long it was going to be, was told 15 more minutes...well 45 mins later (total of 2 hours waiting) I told them I wanted a refund and waited until I got confirmation- but "it won't be right away because corporate has to approve it... read more
